According to the World Bank, the Personal Remittances Received of Gambia was US$ 416.42M in 2020, a difference of +140.59M US$ (a 51% increase) compared to 2019.

The World Bank defines Personal Remittances Received as "comprise personal transfers and compensation of employees. Personal transfers consist of all current transfers in cash or in kind made or received by resident households to or from nonresident households.
