Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 141 of Peak Place CDP, NM households, there were 1 households (0.71%) that had a household income that fell in the $200K - and Over category, and there were 3 households (2.13%) that had a household income that fell in the $150K - Less $200K category.
