Iowa Household Income Distribution in 2021 (ACS-5Yrs)

Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 1,275,893 households, there were 73,402 households (5.75%) that had a household income that fell in the $200K - and Over category, and there were 81,830 households (6.41%) that had a household income that fell in the $150K - Less $200K category.

On the other hand, there were 375,880 households (29.46%) that had a household income that fell in the Less $40K category, and there were 107,055 households (8.39%) that had a household income that fell in the $40K - Less $50K category.
