South Carolina Household Income Distribution in 2021 (ACS-5Yrs)

Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 1,976,447 households, there were 117,322 households (5.94%) that had a household income that fell in the $200K - and Over category, and there were 114,473 households (5.79%) that had a household income that fell in the $150K - Less $200K category.

On the other hand, there were 686,299 households (34.72%) that had a household income that fell in the Less $40K category, and there were 169,934 households (8.60%) that had a household income that fell in the $40K - Less $50K category.
