By Race: The American Indian & Alaska Native Alone racial group had the highest poverty rate in Hawaii (20.56%), followed by Native Hawaiian & Pac. Islander Alone (18.68%), and Two or More Races (10.11%). The racial group with the lowest poverty rate was Asian Alone (6.15%).
