Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of Non-Hispanic White Alone households in Oklahoma with household income of less than $40k was 32.23%. Among all Oklahoma counties, Latimer County had the highest percentage of Non-Hispanic White Alone households with household income of less than $40k (51.21%), followed by Adair County (49.15%), and Choctaw County (48.90%).

On the other hand, the following 3 counties had low percentages of Non-Hispanic White Alone households with household income of less than $40k: Canadian County (19.80%), Wagoner County (23.80%), and Rogers County (24.32%).
