Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the Poverty Rate for Arizona was 13.5%. Among all Arizona counties, Apache County had the highest poverty rate (33.9%), followed by Navajo County (25.53%), and Santa Cruz County (21.64%). On the other hand, the following 3 counties had the lowest poverty rate: Pinal County (11.4%), Greenlee County (11.57%), and Maricopa County (12.04%).
