Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the Poverty Rate for Colorado was 9.56%. Among all Colorado counties, Bent County had the highest poverty rate (25.43%), followed by Crowley County (24.87%), and Costilla County (22.38%). On the other hand, the following 3 counties had the lowest poverty rate: Douglas County (3.02%), Elbert County (4.2%), and Broomfield County (4.4%).
