Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the Poverty Rate for Wisconsin was 10.66%. Among all Wisconsin counties, Menominee County had the highest poverty rate (26.2%), followed by Milwaukee County (17.92%), and Ashland County (15.98%). On the other hand, the following 3 counties had the lowest poverty rate: Ozaukee County (3.98%), Washington County (4.75%), and Waukesha County (4.93%).
