Among all California counties, Trinity County had the highest percentage of households with household income of $40k - $49k (12.09%), followed by Plumas County (10.45%), and Siskiyou County (10.22%).

On the other hand, the following 3 counties had low percentages of households with household income of $40k - $49k: Santa Clara County (3.55%), San Mateo County (3.74%), and San Francisco County (3.91%).
