Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the Poverty Rate for Montana was 12.49%. Among all Montana counties, Roosevelt County had the highest poverty rate (32.34%), followed by Big Horn County (28.57%), and Glacier County (27.99%). On the other hand, the following 3 counties had the lowest poverty rate: McCone County (3.54%), Sweet Grass County (5.19%), and Jefferson County (5.59%).
