Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, 14,045 out of 323,477 TX Congressional District 26 households received Food Stamps or SNAP in the last 12 months (i.e. 4.34% of TX Congressional District 26 households).

By Race: As a percentage of the total number of households that received SNAP or Food Stamps, the White Alone racial group constituted 60.21%; the Black Alone racial group constituted 20.45%, and the Two or More Races racial group constituted 7.41%.
