According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2016 Q2, the average weekly wage for Alaska was $1.01K. Among all Alaska counties, North Slope Borough had the highest average weekly wage ($1.80K), followed by Northwest Arctic Borough ($1.22K), and Southeast Fairbanks Borough ($1.17K).

On the other hand, Kusilvak Borough had the lowest average weekly wage ($537), followed by Haines Borough ($626), and Skagway Borough ($655).
