According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2023 Q2, the average weekly wage for Alaska was $1.29K. Among all Alaska counties, North Slope Borough had the highest average weekly wage ($2.28K), followed by Northwest Arctic Borough ($1.70K), and Southeast Fairbanks Census Area ($1.56K).
On the other hand, Lake and Peninsula Borough had the lowest average weekly wage ($810), followed by Kusilvak Census Area ($827), and Hoonah-Angoon Census Area ($828).
