According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2023 Q4, the average weekly wage for Alaska was $1.37K. Among all Alaska counties, North Slope Borough had the highest average weekly wage ($2.43K), followed by Northwest Arctic Borough ($1.71K), and Southeast Fairbanks Census Area ($1.69K).
On the other hand, Kusilvak Census Area had the lowest average weekly wage ($744), followed by Lake and Peninsula Borough ($938), and Hoonah-Angoon Census Area ($985).
