According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2009 Q4, the average weekly wage for Connecticut was $1.19K. Among all Connecticut counties, Fairfield County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.61K), followed by Hartford County ($1.16K), and Middlesex County ($1.02K).

On the other hand, Windham County had the lowest average weekly wage ($781), followed by Litchfield County ($863), and Tolland County ($863).
