According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2024 Q1, the average weekly wage for Connecticut was $1.91K. Among all Connecticut counties, Western Connecticut Planning Region had the highest average weekly wage ($3.30K), followed by Capitol Planning Region ($1.77K), and Greater Bridgeport Planning Region ($1.50K).

On the other hand, Northeastern Connecticut Planning Region had the lowest average weekly wage ($1.12K), followed by Northwest Hills Planning Region ($1.23K), and Naugatuck Valley Planning Region ($1.37K).
