According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2024 Q1, the average weekly wage for Illinois was $1.61K. Among all Illinois counties, Lake County had the highest average weekly wage ($2.18K), followed by Cook County ($1.84K), and Peoria County ($1.72K).
On the other hand, Calhoun County had the lowest average weekly wage ($686), followed by Henderson County ($701), and Menard County ($792).
