According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2006 Q3, the average weekly wage for Indiana was $687. Among all Indiana counties, Martin County had the highest average weekly wage ($952), followed by Howard County ($935), and Posey County ($869).

On the other hand, Brown County had the lowest average weekly wage ($404), followed by Parke County ($448), and Crawford County ($464).
