According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2007 Q4, the average weekly wage for Iowa was $733. Among all Iowa counties, Polk County had the highest average weekly wage ($883), followed by Linn County ($876), and Dallas County ($806).

On the other hand, Ringgold County had the lowest average weekly wage ($494), followed by Decatur County ($495), and Wayne County ($501).
