According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2011 Q2, the average weekly wage for Iowa was $725. Among all Iowa counties, Polk County had the highest average weekly wage ($871), followed by Dallas County ($865), and Linn County ($838).

On the other hand, Decatur County had the lowest average weekly wage ($512), followed by Lyon County ($526), and Jackson County ($534).
