According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2012 Q2, the average weekly wage for Iowa was $742. Among all Iowa counties, Polk County had the highest average weekly wage ($882), followed by Dallas County ($859), and Linn County ($847).

On the other hand, Jackson County had the lowest average weekly wage ($521), followed by Decatur County ($534), and Allamakee County ($546).
