According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2012 Q3, the average weekly wage for Iowa was $756. Among all Iowa counties, Polk County had the highest average weekly wage ($905), followed by Dallas County ($891), and Linn County ($875).

On the other hand, Jackson County had the lowest average weekly wage ($522), followed by Decatur County ($537), and Lyon County ($545).
