According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2012 Q4, the average weekly wage for Iowa was $821. Among all Iowa counties, Polk County had the highest average weekly wage ($981), followed by Linn County ($947), and Dallas County ($919).

On the other hand, Decatur County had the lowest average weekly wage ($561), followed by Appanoose County ($591), and Taylor County ($599).
