According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2016 Q2, the average weekly wage for Iowa was $826. Among all Iowa counties, Polk County had the highest average weekly wage ($976), followed by Linn County ($945), and Johnson County ($916).

On the other hand, Decatur County had the lowest average weekly wage ($590), followed by Jackson County ($602), and Worth County ($612).
