According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2017 Q1, the average weekly wage for Iowa was $899. Among all Iowa counties, Polk County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.15K), followed by Dallas County ($1.14K), and Linn County ($1.02K).

On the other hand, Decatur County had the lowest average weekly wage ($601), followed by Van Buren County ($623), and Jackson County ($638).
