According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2019 Q4, the average weekly wage for Iowa was $985. Among all Iowa counties, Polk County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.17K), followed by Dallas County ($1.16K), and Marion County ($1.10K).

On the other hand, Decatur County had the lowest average weekly wage ($666), followed by Appanoose County ($729), and Allamakee County ($736).
