According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2005 Q3, the average weekly wage for Kentucky was $652. Among all Kentucky counties, Hancock County had the highest average weekly wage ($861), followed by Scott County ($834), and Ballard County ($811).

On the other hand, Green County had the lowest average weekly wage ($383), followed by Lewis County ($389), and Owsley County ($389).
