According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2006 Q3, the average weekly wage for Kentucky was $656. Among all Kentucky counties, Hancock County had the highest average weekly wage ($934), followed by Scott County ($859), and Ballard County ($775).

On the other hand, Lewis County had the lowest average weekly wage ($404), followed by Robertson County ($404), and Owsley County ($406).
