According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2006 Q3, the average weekly wage for Maine was $635. Among all Maine counties, Cumberland County had the highest average weekly wage ($711), followed by Sagadahoc County ($699), and Kennebec County ($628).
On the other hand, Piscataquis County had the lowest average weekly wage ($486), followed by Lincoln County ($503), and Waldo County ($526).
