According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2007 Q4, the average weekly wage for Maryland was $986. Among all Maryland counties, Montgomery County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.20K), followed by Baltimore city ($1.09K), and Howard County ($1.03K).

On the other hand, Garrett County had the lowest average weekly wage ($556), followed by Worcester County ($595), and Caroline County ($625).
