According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2009 Q3, the average weekly wage for Maryland was $941. Among all Maryland counties, Montgomery County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.15K), followed by St. Mary's County ($1.04K), and Howard County ($1.02K).

On the other hand, Worcester County had the lowest average weekly wage ($507), followed by Garrett County ($545), and Queen Anne's County ($618).
