According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2011 Q3, the average weekly wage for Maryland was $1.02K. Among all Maryland counties, Montgomery County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.24K), followed by St. Mary's County ($1.23K), and Howard County ($1.13K).

On the other hand, Worcester County had the lowest average weekly wage ($551), followed by Garrett County ($595), and Queen Anne's County ($663).
