According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2016 Q4, the average weekly wage for Maryland was $1.17K. Among all Maryland counties, Montgomery County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.42K), followed by St. Mary's County ($1.31K), and Baltimore city ($1.31K).

On the other hand, Garrett County had the lowest average weekly wage ($655), followed by Worcester County ($690), and Allegany County ($754).
