According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2017 Q1, the average weekly wage for Maryland was $1.17K. Among all Maryland counties, Montgomery County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.50K), followed by Howard County ($1.31K), and Baltimore city ($1.25K).

On the other hand, Garrett County had the lowest average weekly wage ($632), followed by Worcester County ($661), and Allegany County ($710).
