According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2019 Q1, the average weekly wage for Maryland was $1.23K. Among all Maryland counties, Montgomery County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.58K), followed by Howard County ($1.38K), and Baltimore city ($1.32K).

On the other hand, Garrett County had the lowest average weekly wage ($679), followed by Worcester County ($688), and Allegany County ($741).
