According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2024 Q1, the average weekly wage for Maryland was $1.59K. Among all Maryland counties, Montgomery County had the highest average weekly wage ($2.02K), followed by Howard County ($1.73K), and St. Mary's County ($1.69K).

On the other hand, Worcester County had the lowest average weekly wage ($901), followed by Garrett County ($907), and Allegany County ($997).
