According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2002 Q2, the average weekly wage for Massachusetts was $836. Among all Massachusetts counties, Suffolk County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.04K), followed by Middlesex County ($966), and Norfolk County ($830).

On the other hand, Franklin County had the lowest average weekly wage ($540), followed by Dukes County ($580), and Barnstable County ($594).
