According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2003 Q1, the average weekly wage for Massachusetts was $900. Among all Massachusetts counties, Suffolk County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.25K), followed by Middlesex County ($1.00K), and Norfolk County ($890).

On the other hand, Franklin County had the lowest average weekly wage ($566), followed by Berkshire County ($630), and Barnstable County ($633).
