According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2006 Q2, the average weekly wage for Massachusetts was $962. Among all Massachusetts counties, Suffolk County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.23K), followed by Middlesex County ($1.11K), and Norfolk County ($974).

On the other hand, Franklin County had the lowest average weekly wage ($614), followed by Hampshire County ($676), and Barnstable County ($683).
