According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2006 Q3, the average weekly wage for Massachusetts was $950. Among all Massachusetts counties, Suffolk County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.21K), followed by Middlesex County ($1.11K), and Norfolk County ($945).
On the other hand, Franklin County had the lowest average weekly wage ($615), followed by Barnstable County ($667), and Bristol County ($693).
