According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2007 Q1, the average weekly wage for Massachusetts was $1.11K. Among all Massachusetts counties, Suffolk County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.65K), followed by Middlesex County ($1.25K), and Norfolk County ($1.04K).

On the other hand, Hampshire County had the lowest average weekly wage ($701), followed by Berkshire County ($718), and Barnstable County ($723).
