According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2004 Q3, the average weekly wage for Mississippi was $541. Among all Mississippi counties, Claiborne County had the highest average weekly wage ($753), followed by Hancock County ($657), and Hinds County ($655).
On the other hand, Humphreys County had the lowest average weekly wage ($377), followed by Montgomery County ($389), and Walthall County ($391).
