According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2011 Q2, the average weekly wage for Mississippi was $662. Among all Mississippi counties, Claiborne County had the highest average weekly wage ($955), followed by Hancock County ($888), and Jackson County ($857).

On the other hand, Issaquena County had the lowest average weekly wage ($409), followed by Humphreys County ($433), and Tallahatchie County ($487).
