According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2018 Q3, the average weekly wage for Mississippi was $748. Among all Mississippi counties, Claiborne County had the highest average weekly wage ($946), followed by Hancock County ($916), and Jackson County ($909).

On the other hand, Issaquena County had the lowest average weekly wage ($482), followed by Simpson County ($515), and Humphreys County ($534).
