According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2024 Q1, the average weekly wage for Mississippi was $979. Among all Mississippi counties, Claiborne County had the highest average weekly wage ($1.57K), followed by Hancock County ($1.22K), and Jackson County ($1.20K).
On the other hand, Issaquena County had the lowest average weekly wage ($649), followed by Quitman County ($664), and Simpson County ($691).
