According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2004 Q4, the average weekly wage for Missouri was $709. Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis city had the highest average weekly wage ($884), followed by St. Louis County ($862), and Jackson County ($817).

On the other hand, Worth County had the lowest average weekly wage ($354), followed by Ozark County ($363), and Carter County ($373).
