According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2006 Q3, the average weekly wage for Missouri was $690. Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis city had the highest average weekly wage ($865), followed by St. Louis County ($824), and Jackson County ($799).

On the other hand, Ozark County had the lowest average weekly wage ($341), followed by Worth County ($351), and Carter County ($369).
