According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2006 Q3, the average weekly wage for Nebraska was $632. Among all Nebraska counties, Stanton County had the highest average weekly wage ($801), followed by Washington County ($761), and Nemaha County ($738).

On the other hand, Keya Paha County had the lowest average weekly wage ($326), followed by McPherson County ($332), and Arthur County ($335).
