According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2024 Q1, the average weekly wage for New Jersey was $1.76K. Among all New Jersey counties, Somerset County had the highest average weekly wage ($2.48K), followed by Morris County ($2.29K), and Hudson County ($2.13K).

On the other hand, Cape May County had the lowest average weekly wage ($970), followed by Cumberland County ($1.10K), and Ocean County ($1.10K).
